Your Care Coordinator is an excellent and spectacularly caring person and helped me through a critical period handling my parents when our helper suddenly stopped her service wit us. Her efficiency and expertise have proven to be overwhelming and helped me overcome all my difficulties with handling ageing parents.

Thank you very much for giving me this chance to thank RN Ms Luk. She has given us much professional help and care during the final stage of my sister-in-law, who passed away in August 2021.

Your RN Ms LUK is such a professional and caring person that she herself came to the hospital to take care of all details and give much warm concern unexpectedly. In fact, all other agencies only send nurses to come and debit note to me without empathetic concern to the family .

I would like to write a thank you message to FNHHN to congratulate them for the coming International Nurses Day on 12 May 2022. Their team of every nurse, HCA , phlebotomist is so professional and caring in providing health care to my mum . My mum can enjoy more time at home without taking two journeys of rehab bus for one blood taking in hospital as she can have blood taking at home. She has avoided admission to hospital for injections resulting from Pneumonia as the home care nurse come every day for the injection and the clinical observation .

I am happy to recommend FNHHN service. I do find their passion in caring the elderly at home with real attention to the need of the client and the relatives. Their 24-hour support to the family during the very last moments of my dad's weakening days is highly appreciated. Their effort in arranging the legal documents for the death registration and transportation of the body is highly efficient. All these helpful measures dorelieve our anxiety.
