Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
日常生活活動
包括：餵食、沐浴、更衣、儀容整理、個人及口腔衛生、如廁及失禁照顧、預防跌倒、功能性移動（行走）、及協助進行簡單活動等。
按情況需要， 我們的護理團隊可安排認知刺激訓練、設計運動方案、提供早期治療的指引或家居改裝等，以締造一個安全的環境，避免患者焦慮不安，以維持日常生活。
Professional Nursing Care
專業護士護理
專業護理包括傷口護理、造口護理、靜脈注射及分派藥物等，由經專業護理訓練的人員執行。
就如，糖尿病患者可能會引發各種併發症如眼疾、腎病或四肢潰瘍，須要由專業的護士護理(例如: 傷口處理)能有助糖尿病患者及其家人減輕負擔。而約2/3的患者在急性中風後會出現併發症，優質的護理有助減輕患者家屬的負擔，尤其重要。
Medication Monitoring
藥物監察
專業的護士護理會嚴格執行醫囑指示，透過高科技配合全面監察服藥過程及了解情況，為病患的康復治療進程把關。
就心血管疾病護理而言，現時除有治療心血管疾病的藥物外，還有降低膽固醇的藥物以作全面的治療。
Nutrition Guidance
營養指導
營養師及護士會提供專業的營養指導，共同制定飲食計劃以控制病者的營養及卡路里攝取量。
除飲食管理外，我們的護理團隊會為患者設計一個身體力行的計劃(包括：體重管理、運動、戒煙及飲食習慣等)，以改善身體狀況及生活模式。
Companion Care
陪伴照顧
在中風或接受大型手術後，患者可能因孤獨及行動受限制而心情低落，大大提高患上抑鬱症的機會。我們的護理人員會為照顧提供同行支援活動，以協助患者及照顧者重新定下目標，邁向新生活。舒緩患者在住院或門診治療過程中的焦慮及壓力，協助辦理日常瑣事以減輕患者家屬負擔。
Situation Monitoring
康復進度監測
透過遠程健康指數監察系統，定時記錄並監測患者的身體和心理狀況，由個案經理負責，持續地監察患者的血糖、血壓及心率等，適時提醒患者及其家人；有須要時，並適時提供到户護理服務，能有效地預防病情惡化。並定期向患者家屬更新復康進度。
